I would give zero star if possible. SCAMMERS!
I can only tell that this company is one big scam that people should avoid far away as possible.
I took extraordinary care of the vehicle, and after 4 years when I delivered car, the company informed me about assessed ‘damages’ that perfectly match the three months down payment used as a guarantee. ALL of the small things found were several times smaller than damages listed as acceptable for normal usage of the car after end of lease contract.
I could always report for every little thing a damage that was caused to car by third party to insurance, but did not want to claim all this and cause cost of repairs by Opel garages to DirectLease. So the made up final assessment by ‘independent’ company (watch this, a dodgy place rented out in one of industrial buildings is in all likelihood part of Direct Lease scheme) to get hold of a guarantee in full is extremely unethical and shameful. In simple words, a robbery.
What I will certainly do is to make a very clear in any reputable customer review web site users let know what a dodgy company Direct Lease is.
So Direct Lease, as you treat your customers the market will sooner than later treat you and unfortunately your employees.

Excellent customer-service so far. I've been in touch with the company since Feb/March when I decided to adopt a leasing service. I was in touch with Mr. Gregory Oliver. Overall, I found the organization and Mr. Oliver to be very responsive and very clear in their answers. Unlike many organizations, they do follow up on queries.
The special circumstances we faced with the Covid led to some delays. But the organization and I managed to work out an excellent solution.
So far, my experience has been positive, and I would strongly recommend them.
