Booked online for albania to italy, very easy to pick up ticket. Booked flex ticket before that was easy to cancel. Actual ferry was appalling but don't think that was direct ferries fault lol

Ci dispiace che la sua traversata sia stata cancellata, comprendiamo quanto ciò possa essere frustrante. A causa della natura del trasporto marittimo, ritardi e cancellazioni possono verificarsi di tanto in tanto e, ogni volta che riceviamo notifica di tali cambiamenti, informiamo i passeggeri interessati tramite SMS ed email. Nella maggior parte dei casi, le cancellazioni o le modifiche agli orari sono dovute al maltempo e la decisione viene presa per la sicurezza dei passeggeri.
Ci scusiamo per il ritardo nel rimborso della traversata cancellata.
Il suo operatore non rimborsa automaticamente le prenotazioni cancellate e offre l’opzione di riprogrammare su un servizio alternativo. Spesso l’operatore contatta direttamente i clienti; pertanto, dobbiamo confermare la cancellazione con l’operatore affinché possa elaborare il rimborso, e successivamente potremo emettere il rimborso richiesto.
Il nostro team di supporto è attualmente in contatto con lei; la invitiamo a continuare a interagire con loro per ricevere assistenza.

Tremendous mistake buying ticket with…
Tremendous mistake buying ticket with them. its been since 15.03 Im awaiting reimbursment of 176 USD for the error they made changing my ticket plus 75 usd change charge, no news from them, its been 8 days. Unfortunately saw many stories from other clients describing the mistreatment by the company in cases like this. Had to buy new ticket. The company has no phone number and comments on FB and Instagram switched off so the clients cannot complain in these ways
