Horrible
Horrible - never updated website to reflect cancelled trips to Menorca - wasted one hotel stay over - very complicated procedure to get money back. Never book with Direct Ferries! always book directly with the individual ferry companies.

The travelling plan did not contain any…
The travelling plan did not contain any information about the address of the Viking Line terminal in Stockholm, the port of departure. On the contrary, it contained information of the terminal in Turku, the port of arrival. It was very difficult to find the Stockhom terminal adress - the point of departure - on the Viking Line homepage.

Excellent. Easy to use and fast service
I struggled with the P&O site for ages to book a simple return ferry from Larne to Troon , their website is a nightmare. I then clicked on direct ferries and had the whole thing booked and paid for at the SAME PRICE as P&O within minutes. Fast , efficient and user friendly site. Will go straight to ferries direct next time
