I had some issues regarding delivery. Initially I changed the date of delivery, which seemed straightforward enough and the florist seemed happy to change. The flowers were then delivered on completely the wrong date, a date never previously mentioned. Direct 2 Florist dealt with this immediately and all seemed fine. A few days later I received an email to say the flowers had been delivered, again on the wrong day. This was looked into by Direct 2 Florist and they quickly contacted me to say I had been sent the email by mistake and nothing had been delivered. When the flowers were delivered on the correct day, they were not as vibrant as expected. They looked nothing like the image on the website.

It was just straight forward and the flowers were lovely.

This was an emergency! I had ordered with another online florist for some flowers for my elderly Aunt's birthday. On the day they were meant to be delivered, I got an email telling me my order had been cancelled as they had no available florist.
