Wrong item sent in delivery, nightmare trying to get it resolved

I was sent a wrong item as part of my order. Despite notifying Digitec support about this immediately upon receiving the package, I have spent the past week being told to "wait to hear from the relevant department" and being given contradictory information about the issue being with a supplier, receiving a refund or a replacement, needing to send the original back first, and so on. At this point, I have no idea when or how this issue is going to be resolved. It is clear from this experience that Digitec has a systemic internal communication/organization problem with its customer support channels.

Deceptive OnePlus 15 Promotion on Digitec Website

Digitec advertised that buying a "OnePlus 15" between Nov 13–Dec 11, 2025 would include double storage and a free OnePlus Watch 3. I ordered the 512 GB model on Nov 16 but received neither the storage upgrade nor the watch. When I complained, Digitec claimed the promotion was OnePlus’s responsibility. If so, why did Digitec promote it on their own site, misleading customers? I feel deceived and demand the promised 1 TB phone plus watch, or I will stop buying from Digitec.

Used to be impeccable

Used to be impeccable, nowadays theres a high rate of defects and delays in delivery.
Years ago had tops 1 day delivery but now its sometimes up to a week, they will say arriving tomorrow but send the shipment after tomorrow and stuff like that...

I placed an order with Digitec for a gift that absolutely needed to arrive on time. The website stated a specific delivery date, and when that day passed with no package, I contacted their support. I was told the product would arrive the following day.

Today came and went — still no delivery. When I contacted support again, I was told it might arrive on Monday. That’s three different delivery expectations and none of them accurate.

This level of inconsistency and lack of reliability is INSANE, I paid for my order in full, trusted the delivery date shown on your website, and received nothing but delays and vague answers. PEOPLE FROM THE OTHER HAD DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR SITUATION. No one knows when I'll receive the goods

galaxy 8 watch e sim will not install

I purchased a Galaxy watch 8 on 13 Nov 2025 and have just spent 3 hours with the Sunrise tech in Volketswil trying to install an e sim (with its own number) on the watch. After trying everything they advised that it cannot be done. Will this only work with an Swisscom account, if so this should have been stated? very disappointed, help would be appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic product selection…

Absolutely fantastic product selection and service in every way. I ordered in the evening and my parcel was with me the next morning at normal shipping rates. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to others !
