Misleading product specifications – avoid!

I purchased a Gaming PC desktop from Digitec because the product description clearly stated "Wi-Fi 6 / 802.11ax". What I received was a cheap mini USB Wi-Fi dongle (Tenda AX300) that barely delivers 2 Mbps in the same spot where my previous PC easily reached 100 Mbps.

This is false advertising. A PC sold as "Gaming PC desktop with Wi-Fi 6” should come with a proper integrated solution, not a low-end USB stick. Support is extremely slow to respond, and I still have no resolution.

If you expect to get what you pay for, look elsewhere.

Ordered a Garmin watch and received it the next morning. Super pleased with the delivery speed and communication.

Fast delivery as expected

No problem with the shipment, but!
The entire audio of the Laptop (Dell XPS 16 9640) does not work. I started a service request at Dell, but so far did not get any feedback.
The box has a label: with your logo that says: Checked!

The shop itself, purchase process, etc. is perfect. Minus 1 star for Planzer delivery - too chaotic, unreliable and unsafe.

If Amazon could take exemple of the customer service of Digitec, the UX, the delivery, they would double their revenue.

At Digitec you can always count on having the best equipment at the best price. I love shopping online but also at their store, which is super convenient and well organised (free espresso!) with people who can provide advice should you need.

I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences with Digitec Galaxus:
• They advertise physical video games, but you end up receiving just a download code, which is misleading and not what was ordered.
• I received an iMac that had clearly been unsealed, yet it was sold as “new.”
• Some items were intended for different markets, arriving with incompatible charging plugs (without prior notice).
• They often promise next-day delivery, but in reality, I’ve experienced multiple days of delay without updates.

This pattern of misleading product descriptions and unreliable service is unacceptable for a retailer of this scale.
