Sent phone 2 weeks ago c sent 5 emails no reply and the phone number doesn’t call through , hoping someone reply on here

Found the process from start to finish so simple and straightforward. Great communication from Digital Recyclying from reminders to send the phone, informing you once it was received and after only a few days of receiving the phone, receiving prompt payment, cannot ask for anymore. Would definitely recommend for selling your mobile phone a++++++++++++

Very fast service got money the same day as my phone was delivered to them (even though it was delivered after 12:30pm so i wasn’t expecting it until the next day). I got paid the full amount they offered which was the highest price i found on a comparison site against lots of other online sellers.

They had my phone for 2 weeks with no payment. I contacted them twice with no response then they finally said they are returning my phone as it was faulty (the phone was in perfect condition when I sent it) I received my phone back and now it doesn’t work, it won’t even switch on !!!

Sent the phone before Christmas on the 22nd December hadn't heard anything, waited 2 weeks as with it being the holidays thought they might have been a back up. I have emailed and filled out contact form three times with no response! lost an phone with no payment

Really easy and quick service. Payment made extremely quickly to the full amount I was promised (which was the highest amount I was offered from anywhere). Would definitely recommend and use again. All on the last working day before Christmas! Thank you!

I have amended my review as there was a mix up with my email address this was not digital recrylcing fault. Once I contacted them via telephone the issue was resolved and the service was good I would use this company again
