I purchased the Adobe Creative Cloud package. After a very short time, I started having recurring problems with the licence. It was a complete nightmare. Stay away from it.

I am sorry that you encountered problems initially installing your license. As my colleague Rick explained to you via email you had purchased AutoCAD but you were trying to install and use AutoCAD LT(which is a different license from AutoCAD). We asked our vendor to change your license which has since been fully functional.
We have sent you multiple emails following the troubleshooting procedure but you have not yet responded to us. Given this we have closed your support ticket and marked it as resolved. As my colleague has already told you please update your review here and send us at least one reply email to confirm that the procedure went well.

Adobe Creative Cloud not full Package
Bought the Adobe Creative Cloud package. At first all was well but then I got a message to say I no longer had any apps. After contact they set me up a new profile but it doesn’t have all apps. It is missing the access for critical apps like Lightroom, Premier Rush, AI firefly, Adobe Stock. You can’t sink to adobe Cloud to get stock images and media or save the files to the creative cloud.
