No company should get five stars…
No company should get five stars because it promptly returns money for orders I DID NOT MAKE. Bought and paid for a Keto book for $19.99 and got the digital download and book. Then got charged an additional $29.99 AND $39.99 for companion books I didn't order. Got my refund pretty quickly. Weeks later (today), out of nowhere, I just got $39.99 debited from PP and bank account for ANOTHER book I didn't order. One star is for the thievery. I'll repeat. No company gets credit for promptly returning stolen money. Going to cancel my CC so they can't do it again.

Non sense policy
I spent hours setting everything up, only to discover at the end that my product was not approved.
The reason is that Digistore24 requires me to offer a mandatory 60-day money-back guarantee, which simply doesn’t make sense for a downloadable digital product. A customer can purchase the product, download the full content, and then request a refund—effectively receiving the product for free.
I’m genuinely surprised that Digistore24 doesn’t seem to have a more suitable refund policy for digital products, where the content is delivered immediately and cannot realistically be “returned” once downloaded.

AI arbitrage program very misleading
The introduction started out with a guy fired from his job, can’t pay for college tuition for his son, his wife working lots of extra shifts and their savings depleted. Then he found this new way to make without investing, fool proof, no tech skills needed, use the program and it will do everything for you. You only need to spend 20 minutes a day answering questions. Then as it goes on you buy four products where all is supposed to be taken care of by their programs. But then they send you on to someone else who owns the company. He keeps you online for hours where you have to purchase thousands of dollars of programs from them. Very misleading from what you are being told upfront by the first person telling you about his situation and buying all you need from him to succeed. The only thing I could see true from what is said is they will refund your money without hassle. But it is both misleading and I found it unethical in approach.

I thought that I had been scammed by a TikTok Video
I thought that I had been scammed by a TikTok video. The TikTok video prompted me to purchase digital content from Digistore24, in order to receive access to an app called TikTok Cash, that allows you to make money while watching TikTok videos. I was promised a refund for these digital items once I gain access to the paid TikTok App, as well as a $200+ reward on the app. I was able to get access to the TikTok Cash app, however, I never received the $200 reward. Therefore, I reached out to Digistore24 to request a refund for the digital products so I could at least get a refund. Customer service provided a quick response and a refund for the services that I didn't want. I was really worried that I would not be able to receive a refund, however they turned my situation into a postitive one. I'm grateful! Scams are everythwhere, but this company is in fact legit. Just explain your situation. They seem to be very understanding. Thank you!
