I was searching for a Lacie 2BIG RAID drive, either a 48TB or 60TB. The industry is experiencing a shortage, making these drives difficult to find. DigiDirect proved invaluable in my purchase. They contacted the Lacie supplier and provided estimated delivery times for each option. After deciding on the 48TB drive, DigiDirect arranged for shipment which arrived in three days. I appreciate their clear communication throughout the process. It was a textbook example of how customer expectation management and satisfaction should be handled.

Excellent range and price. Very quick online response from Digidirect. let down a bit by the use of Australia Post express post as the provider for a paid add-on - their information is confusing and left me with the impression that it could have been delivered even faster by a different carrier.

Been happy overall with the service and pricing on the website.
Some items have been noted as in stock, and then had to wait for the items to be ordered prior to being dispatched, however given the prices are usually better than other places and also the shipping costs as well, happy to wait a little longer for the items to be received.
Reaching out to the team is generally good. Fast response time and always transparent with updates on my orders. Happy to wait as long as the product comes eventually. Most times the ETA for the order are noted longer than the actual dispatch of I'm the item, so not too fussed, most of the time the items are dispatched within two weeks of the order being made.
Also it can help on occasion where an order I have made, I want to change or modify and seeing that it has not yet been sent through as yet and only ordered through the supplier, I have been able to change my order, so not all bad.
Most recently I have been assisted by Reymark and was very helpful with changing my order to another item that I preferred and sent through a payment link (due to the changed item costing more), and the link was sent through in under 24 hours of requesting the order change, and the enquiry was made on a Sunday.
I thought it was great response time, given I was expecting to not receive a response by Monday or Tuesday.
I am sure the service is not perfect and if you need or expect to have something in a more urgent timeframe, then you maybe frustrated.
I am happy to wait and given the competitive pricing of items, the service and response time is great and I have always had a great experience when making purchases.
The website is easy to navigate and have a great range of products to choose from.
Definitely happy to buy through again, which I have on many occasions.

Had an issue with my camera being out of stock which is annoying. But Thomas was extremely helpful with trying to rectify my situation, communication was amazing, he followed up as promise and made sure my replaced camera was dispatched while being on the phone!

I ordered a camera flash as a guest on the site.
I had no notification that my order went through and after a couple of days sent an email (waste of time) so I rang. I only had their phone number when the PayPal receipt came in. I was concerned that I had lost my money to a scam. Please send out some sort of communication to let people know that their order is in fact legitimate. I was happy with the short amount of time it took to get here.

Purchased a Canon EOS R3 ($6,800) from DigiDirect Parramatta on 18/04/2026. The camera was dead on arrival (no power/display).
When I returned to the store and requested a refund, I was told this was not available and that I had to accept a replacement or wait for the item to be sent to Canon. This contradicts Australian Consumer Law for a major failure.
Since then, resolving this has been extremely frustrating. The store manager has not responded to emails or made themselves available, and the online support team has been unable to assist, repeatedly redirecting me back to the store without any resolution.
I even contacted Canon myself to cancel a bonus claim in preparation for returning the item on the day return the camera, yet the store has still not provided clear support or confirmation for the refund.
Overall, this has been a drawn-out and unnecessarily difficult process for what should be a straightforward DOA case. I am now proceeding with NSW Fair Trading, and if required, NCAT to enforce my rights.
If you purchase from this store, be prepared to push hard to have your consumer rights recognised.

I ordered a camera bag and didn't receive a confirmation email. I contacted customer support and asked to chat with a team member. Thomas was able to find my order and confirm that it was soon to be packed and shipped with a tracking number. I would give 5* for his response but this is not the first time I've had to follow up on an order. Digidirect need to improve the order confirmation system.
