I was hesitant to order such expensive camera equipment through an online store. However my experience was amazing, the gear was significantly cheaper and the postage was quick. Zero issues and the communication was fantastic. DigiDirect will be my new go to camera gear retailer.

Ordered product 23/04/26, Australia Post received the order 21/05/26, delivered 25/05/26. This is more than one month from the initial order. During this period communications with digiDirect were less than forthcoming on availability and delivery. As I required the product for a progect I placed a new order for the same product with Camera-Warehouse 15/05/26 and received the product 18/05/26, also cheaper than digiDirect. I should have looked at the reviews for digiDirect prior to placing an order with them.

Recently purchased a pair of binoculars on-line. DigiDirect dispatched the binoculars via AusPost which they lost. Jess from DigiDirect was able to secure another pair free of charge even though the original pair have been lost with AusPost for 3 wks now. While picking up the replacement binoculars in DigiDirect's Parramatta store, I ended up buying a Nikon Coolpix P1100 largely due to DigiDirect's customer service and the great support provided by Gary while in store.

Frustrating online checkout and unhelpful customer service. I tried to purchase a Peak Design strap online to pick up at Melbourne CBD store. The checkout system glitched and wouldn't process the payment.
Website explicitly states under "Deliver to Local Store for Click & Collect" that if an item is out of stock locally, they will ship it to the selected store within 24–72 hours for pickup. However, when I contacted live chat, agent Reymark completely ignored their own website policy and just repeatedly stated that stock was only available in Brisbane and Bondi, showing a total lack of understanding of your company's own inter-store transfer service. Misleading website interface and poorly trained customer support.

Order which involved 4 items arrived promptly. Having checked that the main items were available online and for click and collect, I felt reasonably comfortable that stock was on hand. Pricing was good, warranties registered and cashback approved by manufacturer. Tracking worked fine.

there is a mistake of charging transit cover fee while i did click and collect. and MARK A has helped me out with that fee refunded real quick, good service!

they didn't keep my constantly updated, tbh i was expecting them too but i order something that was on back order for 2-3 months, but they did answer me when they have the answer when i asked. When i requested if i could get expedited shifted they upgraded it for me for free even when i payed for normal shipping

Mwave used to be good, since Digidirect took them over, incompetent.
Most recent order was over $1000NZ, therefore AUS GST should not have been applied, it was, and that exceeded customs values in NZ, meaning its now in limbo whilst we wait for Mwave to respond to them. Meanwhile, its been 22 hours since I started a chat with them, and had no response, I've also send a support ticket, which again I've no response to. But before I bought, they were very quick to respond.
Just money grabbing, wasting my time, I'll be demanding a refund if they don't respond in a timely manner.
Yet 15 months ago I ordered a similar priced item (more actually), shipped quick, declarations done, arrived on time, no issues.
Great Service. Mark A was my cusotmer support. He has done great job to answer my questions and helped to solve the order problem.
