Unusable system
Trying to obtain a pension review and the UK government website suggests using this service for an easy secure access.
It doesn’t work .... at all !
After approximately 30 minutes of registration and I.D checks to complete registration and then logging into HMRC the service asks you to use the Digiauthenicator App to provide an access code ...... I couldn’t access either in any way ..... then tried to call the help centre which was closed for the duration ( obviously no one working from home either )

I have been trying to use this company to prove my identity to claim UNIVERSA CREDIT. Every time I try to use the service it tells me my email address is already in use and then will not let me procede any further.There is no other way provided to prove my identity other than with this useless lot.The DWP he to get a grip on this company or else have the means of Identity proof taken from this company

Digidentity Software Must Be Scrapped
I simply dont't believe the UK Government conductede field trials with a representative sample of those required to make use of Digidentity. It is clunky in the extreme. If Digidentity employs any staff at all with the task of UX they should instantly fire them. I have deleted and reloaded the app three times - I am now deleting for the fourth and final time.
Do not waste hours of your life trying to work with software which is not fit for purpose compounded by a non-existant customer "no help team" - Frankly, more people have encountered a Yeti than those who have received any response from Digidentity -

waste of time.
Had to use this site to provide proof of identity and get my documents approved. Something that normally takes 10-15 minuets max has taken over a week and still counting. Have sent numerous messages through their 'help desk' and emails, yet no one bothers to reply. Worse webpage I've personally came across. Don't waste your time waiting for them to reply, its pointless.
