DID NEWBRIDGE
Brought a tv in Aug ‘25 from DID Newbridge. Green screen and tv not connecting to networks was issue so rang DID Newbridge to be advised to send screen pic of green screen. TV under warranty. Did that, 4 days later I chased, nothing since. I’m sure emails checked frequently on daily basis? John wanted to check with his supervisor!!!
This is after tv to be delivered last year. Advised delivery driver will deliver between certain times, gates open and home all day awaiting delivery. To be advised delivery driver could not deliver due to no one home - constant chasing.
DID you come across as an Irish company set up since 1968 as Ireland most trusted electrical retailer, I sincerely beg to differ. Your service is lacking in your motto and customer care - or is that just your Newbridge store?
