I was recommended Jeff at DialAFlight and am so glad we took the advice! Brilliant, friendly service and very responsive. Our travel plans became a little complex but Jeff calmly sorted them out and we had very smooth and pleasant journeys. We’ll definitely be going through him again and will recommend others to do the same. You want a guy and company like this in your corner!

I have relied on DialAFlight for decades now to guide me to the best flights to America from England. I have never been disappointed by the service I have received, including a recent query about a return flight from the U.S.

We have been using Travis at Dial a Flight for many years now and have always found that he goes over and above to help us. Travis had booked a holiday to Dubai for our daughter leaving on 3/4 and he handled the situation with true professionalism and patience. He explained the cancellation process and kept her informed in what must be very difficult times for the team at Dial a Flight. Nick at DialAFlight helped us choose and organise our holiday this year giving us great advice on what would suit us. He always gets it right. We have used Nick many times in the past and find his attention to small details exceptional which is most helpful as we are fairly elderly. He has seen us through complicated visa applications, customs clearance and "apps" which we find difficult to navigate. He has organised airport drop offs and collections brilliantly so we always feel confident someone will be there at the other end. Our travels to Australia and New Zealand were very successful, right down to Nick getting our seating arrangements on the flights absolutely perfect.

From the day we called to ask for a quotation, right through to setting off on our Far East adventure to three countries, everything was dealt with in a friendly and most efficient way. Fraser handled everything for us and offered his first hand experience of the destinations.
He even called us a few days before departure to check everything was ok.
We had a wonderful & memorable holiday. Highly recommended !

We booked a two week trip to Abu Dhabi through Louie Cranshaw at Dialaflight. We found Louie to be highly professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any query that we had. After war broke out and Foreign Office advice recommended not to travel, Louie was equally professional in organising our refund. We will definitely look to Dialaflight to book our next trip to AbuDhabi once the current issues have been resolved. But because of the service provided, we are also about to book a new cruise holiday, through Louie, for June this year. We would highly recommend both Louie and Dialaflight.

I've been using DialAFlight to arrange travel for me the last several years.

Unfailingly helpful, always courteous - I'm sure all their staff are equally good, but usually my contact is Glen Blackburn. (Shout out to Glen - you're brilliant!)

I've had several issues where I've had to re-arrange flight dates, but DialAFlight rises to the occasion, sorting everything.

I've requested "special assistance" when traveling - no problem. I've asked for assigned seats on flights - no problem. I need a last-minute reservation at a hotel - no problem.

They even send reminders and advise what documents will be needed for international travel.

I highly recommend DialAFlight, whether you're looking for a flight, or a package travel itinerary.

Just last week my sons friend lost his passport in Thailand, a colleague of his Mike in Hua Hin Thailand called me back when I had trouble getting through on the phone and was really helpful with the process of returning to UK.

Thanks to Shelly and Jason for helping get me and my family out of Dubai during the Iranian war. And back home again from Cape Town. They were very helpful and took a load of stress off our plate during our trip.

Nicholas at DialAFlight has been fantastic since the day we called last October. He helped us book a long haul trip to NZ, Aus and the Phillipines for us and our children. He made the whole process a lot easier and took away a lot of the stress, finding the good flight times, suitable airlines etc. whilst away we got in touch with Nick a couple of times with questions and always had a speedy useful response. On our way back we flew via Dubai which we were nervous about. Nick and the out of hours helpers reassured us several times and were great answering our questions. There is no waiting on the phone, someone is always there to help when you call. I will always book through DialAFlight in the future. Having expert knowledge at hand when you need it from booking the trip and whilst you are away is invaluable. I could not recommend them more!!!

My most recent trip to Australia was booked with Phoebe Harris who was a pleasure to deal with & who took the time to find me an airline, price & timings that suited me the best. The personal attention given before & after the trip was much appreciated & reassuring should anything unexpected have happened.

Nicholas Brew is a great agent. I have booked with him for the last three years now and no issues have arisen. My last trip had my Miami flight home cancelled, I rang out of hours and yet again another great response. Really pleased with everything.

Title: Premium booking, disappointing support when it mattered

I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case I feel it is justified.

I booked a premium Business Class trip through DialAFlight expecting both a high-quality travel experience and professional support in case anything went wrong.

Unfortunately, the experience fell well below expectations.

The flights, marketed by Etihad Airways, were operated by a different airline and did not deliver the level of service one would reasonably expect from a Business Class booking. This happened on two consecutive flights.

In addition, a hotel booking failed to recognise my Marriott Bonvoy Gold status, resulting in a loss of benefits and overall experience.

While issues can occur in travel, what has been most disappointing is the lack of meaningful support from DialAFlight afterwards. Despite providing full documentation, the response has effectively been to redirect me back to the airline, rather than taking ownership as the booking agent.

When you book through a specialist travel company, you expect more than just ticket issuance — you expect accountability and assistance when things don’t go as planned.

At this stage, the matter remains unresolved.

I hope DialAFlight reflects on this, as the concept of service is defined not when things go right, but when they go wrong.

Really fast response times and great advice. When things needed to be changed new arrangements were put in place quickly. Would thoroughly recommend.

We have used DialAFlight on a few occasions in the past and have never been let down. Our latest booking was handled by Dennis Hollands and the service he provided was exceptional. I had initially tried to book directly with Qatar to include their stop-over package but fortunately their website was playing up so I rung DialAFlight and Dennis seamlessly rearranged the same package for us. Our return flight was scheduled for mid March with Qatar but we weren't surprised when Dennis contacted us to say it had been cancelled however he had, by then, found us an alternative flight which was scheduled for 2 days later. That worked perfectly for us. For reasons unknown, I was unable to check in online and was somewhat concerned as I had no paperwork to show at the airport however again Dennis stepped in and although he obviously was unable to check us in, he was able to secure our seats so we then knew all was ok. I was very relieved that my first attempt at booking directly with Qatar failed as I'm sure we would have encountered no end of problems in trying to contact them from overseas. With all our communications with Dennis we feel he is an old family friend now and we will certainly contact him when we're ready to book another holiday.

One of the biggest reasons I use Dial a Flight is if anything should go wrong I would have someone to talk to within a few seconds who could sort it out. This was the case being stuck in Sydney after several schedule changes and cancellations with Qatar Airlines. The day and night team were superb in getting us home even when half way and being abandoned in Kuala Lumpa by Qatar Airways. Basically we couldn’t have got home without them. You now have a customer for life, thank you.

I have had Amelia at Dialaflight arrange quite a few of my long haul holidays and all of them have worked out brilliantly. Using Dialaflight makes the whole process of booking flights so much easier and to know I can call on them anytime while I am away if there are flight problems is very reassuring.

Declan was extremely helpful to us throughout all our travel experience. When I first booked he was constantly in touch and very helpful with all our travel expectations. Our flights home from Australia were all cancelled due to the war and Mr Trump and Declan and his team were amazingly proactive in getting us onto alternative airlines and back to the UK. I couldn’t rate Dial a flight more highly and would highly recommend them. Thank you Team Dial a Flight!
