Appalling service six days to come from…
Appalling service six days to come from wales , sorry it arrived at Manchester then was sent by mistake back down south.
My high value item was delivered to over seven different depots .
On day finally of delivery they stated 6pm to 8pm , it was delivered at 4pm.
I will purposefully try an avoid purchasing an item from any company using this service.
By the way it was royal mint it came from , I’ll also be closing my account with them.just dreadful experience.

Really poor customer services I have…
Really poor customer services I have had 2 failed deliveries with no updates or reasoning. I rearranged first delivery as they failed to deliver it with no reasons I received a text on the second delivery it will be delivered between 16:33 and 17:33 I waited and still no updates so I tried calling customer services and it stated the driver is running late but still nothing. All I want is my parcel to be delivered on the day it states. I have raised with customer services through there website so hoping to get my parcel and a response. I have put my reference number in the relevant box.

Beyond Expectation
The delivery was very fast. Faster than expected by a long shot.
From my end sending the parcel was a breeze thanks to the able male employees who helped me in a most friendly, patient business- like manner. They quickly solved the issue I had run into trying to complete the online shipping form from home, assisted as needed while I completed the details on the computer and finalized the the mailing invoice ( my term ) efficiently to get the package off to a great start. They made me feel confident that, as it does every Christmas for my parcels being delivered in Germany, competent DHL employees would deliver my documents in a safe and timely manner.

The delivery was announced for Monday, but changed to Friday between 9:20 and 11:20 on that Friday at 9:30. The DHL-van and I arrived at the same time, and the parcel was handed over without problem. Other parcel services allow me to track their van and to see deliveries before mine on a map.

Parcel delivered to wrong address; however delivery confirmation suggests I accepted the parcel (the delivery shows a door step with a closed front door!) Moreover, does DHL actually have a customer services department??? I've been on hold for over 40 minutes!!
