Delivered to wrong address with fake signature
My parcel was delivered to the wrong address even though it required a signature. It was simply ignored and delivered to the wrong recipient. Fortunately, it was my friendly neighbour on the other street. Finding my parcel took some time.
Update: I’ve just received the proof of delivery and it has a fake signature with my name on it. It’s absolutely shocking.

Pathetic customer service by DHL E-COMMERCE
The only reason you got 1 star is because 0 star isn’t available to select!
What is the point in telling your customers that you will contact them, to let them know when your parcel is out for delivery & you’ll send me a PIN code for the driver to release my package, when you do neither- not once but 2 days running!
Yesterday you sent the PIN code 95 minutes after the driver tried to deliver.
I have now got to waste a 3rd day waiting for a delivery due to DHL’s inability to carry out their own procedures, 7 to say I’m pissed off is an understatement!
