I used the shop in Sunderland paid cash…
I used the shop in Sunderland paid cash for our new sofa corner suite after taking delivery and installing it found it was too large after contacting the head office i was told it was my problem as I measured it but a genuine mistake on my behalf I asked if they would take one section back and refund me but that fell on very deaf ears I was told it was my fault end of telephone conversation

Excellent customer service
We were greeted with a lovely welcoming smile and “Toni” ( I think this was her name ) was very friendly , knowledgeable and her customer service skills was excellent, she really went out of her way to help us! Another lady came to confirm the details and customer service was also excellent! This was a very pleasant experience in which I would most certainly return to DFS in the future and also recommend DFS to my friends and family!

Friendly helpful staff
Went in today to look and purchase a new sofa.
We were served by Lee in the Sunderland store.
He was very helpful and friendly and he was not pushy at all. He helped us select the perfect sofa and armchair for us and was very good with our young son while in store.
