Such a good man and give such good advice

Helen who served us made the experience very easy and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble when we asked many questions. The store was very clean. Overall a very good experience .

My wife and I were attended by a smiling, bright, intelligent, and knowledgeable young lady by the name of Mrs Sana Khan.
She was terrifically helpful and patient with what proved to be a difficult choice.
She is indeed a credit to DFS.
Bearing in mind that this is my third suite purchased from your company. The first was a settee of different shades, which, after a battle, was part- exchanged for a G-Plan suite some £2,000 more and has proved to be poor mechanically.
She was the difference between buying from DFS or competitors.

We visited DFS in Sidcup and had a fantastic sales person named Temi show us a choice of sofa beds. He was very friendly and took the time to answer all our questions.

On Saturday 8th August we went to DFS in Sidcup and we're dealt with by Sana. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and personable and made us feel completely relaxed. All our questions were answered and the purchase procedure was fully explained.
We were both extremely happy with the experience and how smoothly everything went, thanks to Sana whom I would give 10 out of 10.
