Sana was a very helpful and knowledgeable assistant who provide very good information regarding our intended purchase.
She was also very supportive in our choice of fabric covering providing a visual image which greatly enhanced our decision.
Overall a very pleasant experience without feeling pressurised, and an extremely lovely person.

We didn't at any point feel pressured into buying/making a decision. No pushy sales people lurking behind furniture ready to pounce! Temi only asked if we needed any help. We'd already seen a sofa online, so had a fair idea on what we were looking for. Temi is the most soft spoken, loveliest salesman I've ever come across. Very knowledgeable, answered every question we had and questions we'd not even thought about!

Helpful staff who listened to our preferences
Staff were helpful and listened to what we wanted. I didnt feel pressured with a hard sell, staff were also honest about delivery timescales.
Large range to try. Staff were helpful in looking at other options.
