Helpful staff
We enjoyed our walk around looking at all of the lovely sofa's. We found one we liked and was trying to work out if it would fit and a lovely lady called Natalie came and helped us work it out, she was very helpful and we have now ordered our sofa.

First class service
My wife and I were attended by a smiling, bright, intelligent, and knowledgeable young lady by the name of Mrs Sana Khan.
She was terrifically helpful and patient with what proved to be a difficult choice.
She is indeed a credit to DFS.
Bearing in mind that this is my third suite purchased from your company. The first was a settee of different shades, which, after a battle, was part- exchanged for a G-Plan suite some £2,000 more and has proved to be poor mechanically.
She was the difference between buying from DFS or competitors.
Excellent.
