We found Ian in the Paisley store to be a lovely sales person to deal with meaning we returned to purchase instore rather than buy online as he had given us so much help. He was very knowledgeable about the products, very friendly and helpful with all my plentiful questions I had. A credit to the store!

Fab experience
Heather (my birthday twin!) was so helpful and friendly. She had the perfect balance of giving us time to look around but being available to answer any questions we had, and was really knowledgeable about the sofa we ended up buying.
