Went to the Northampton dfs . We bought 2x 4 seater Dolcie sofas .. the member of staff was very knowledgeable, very polite and very helpful finding us the best deal. He gave us space to look around and wasn’t pushy at all .. we appreciated that … everything was explained in Detail .. we bought the 5 year extra cover , and wasn’t pushing into buying this .. the cover is well worth it and he explained every virtuality if we needed to claim .. honestly , we would definitely go back to DFS.. it was the best service

Pleasant experience. Spoke to Reece who was excellent ,very helpful and knowledgeable. When I went back to place the order Reece was on holiday so I placed the order with Elisha who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable . It was a very pleasant experience.

The sofa itself looks nice and comfy but once you sit down on it it's like being sat bold upright.
Not at all comfortable. I am giving it time for the sofa materials to 'settle down' but I'm not holding out hope.
End up with back ache and bottom ache as the seat unit is very firm.
When we purchased in store the one we sat on wasn't so upright and firm otherwise I wouldn't have purchased it.
If you want a sofa for comfort then avoid the Roseley range. If you want it for style for a reception room then it's ok .

We made our visit to DFS today to initaily browse as looking for new 3 seater and 2 seater. Wife had idea what she wanted and indeed found it, within the vast stock .
We were greeted by antony, of whom was.very plaesent and professional and most importantly...not pushy!!
He assisted us pointing out all options including, ( try and test whatever you want ,don't be afraid).
We.did this and kept coming back to the one my wife had found . Antony didn't push or hound us leaving us to debate our options ,calling by with a simple nod ,stopping to advise oir questions and leaving us again to talk . This is a professional appach I like, we then called antony over and told him our views and intentions, to which again antony acted with such professionalism we made our purchase from DFS and not pursue others retailers .
Overall id highly recommend DFS on Northampton if your looking to buy new furniture, i will certainly return in the future 👍👍

We had visited previously to look at sofa’s and my wife loved a coffee table and mentioned it a few times in the passing days , so today I went back and purchased it , the salesman was really helpful gave me all the info like delivery times ect before I committed to the purchase , that’s how It should be done

We were not hassled the moment we walked in but then ask if we were alright and to ask if we needed anything. When we asked we were treated professionally. We bought our last suite from you some years ago so we can recommend you as we have come back again.
