Very pleasant shopping trip. Staff were on hand when needed and left us to browse. Several people offered us coffee which was nice. When we decided what to buy the whole process and optional extras was explained very well

I went in on Sunday and returned tonight to make purchase. The girl who helped me was so friendly and helpful.She’d also remembered some of the small details I had mentioned to her when I was in last! Process was really easy and quick.

The salesman showed us where the items we were interested in could be found and then left us alone to check them out. He made the whole experience most enjoyable.

I visited the DFS Inverness store this afternoon. As soon as I entered I received a friendly welcome with no hard sell. Katerina came over to the sofa I was sitting on and asked if I wanted some help. She was super friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to look at stock available and which items would be suitable for my requirements. I found the entire visit easy and hassle free, there’s no pressure to buy anything and all areas of customer service excelled anywhere else I’ve been. I purchased a sofa, chair and footstool and can’t wait for it to arrive. Katerina and her team are an absolute credit to this store.

The lady (Fee?) was very nice so I cannot fault her.
Unfortunately in the middle of completing the sale and whilst Fee was on the computer putting in my details we were interrupted by her colleague twice which I found quite rude tbh and could have waited until we had finished. However Fee was lovely very attentative and answered any queries and had no choice in being called away. Fee was not the Manager so did not understand why we were interrupted.

Friendly helpfully sales rep, explained everything , step by step.

Anthony was very attentive and helpful, even gave us refreshments. He explained everything in great detail, would definitely buy here again
