Excellent Customer Service
Visited the store to view and check out the colour and size of the furniture seen online. The customer assistant was extremely helpful and sent me the link to exactly what I wanted so that I could place an online order. Excellent service

Excellent service
After a hip replacement, my sofa is too low.
First couple of minutes to look, which I liked, then the salesman approached. Louis, very polite, took me to the sofa I was looking for. Offered me a drink, much appreciated. Once I sat on “Dylan” my mind was made up. Perfect for me. Order placed, deposit paid. Just waiting now. Very happy customer, thank you.

Our experience at DFS
Our experience at DFS, especially Victoria was great! We was able to have a relaxed look around without being jumped on as we walked through the door, but when Victoria came over she was warm and welcoming. We already had in mind what we wanted but Victoria helped with the final details. Her knowledge was amazing and made our buying process stress free and easy, could recommend Victoria, the staff and service enough! Thank you!

Its A nice piece of furniture if it fits.
