Overall a very good experience
Overall a very good experience. We were left to browse at leisure and wasn’t pressured into a sale. The sales assistant was very helpful and patient with us.

Purchased a sofa today (Sofia range). The young lady (black hair, from Hessle, sorry we didn't catch her name) remembered us from a previous vist and made us feel welcomed.
When sat and going through the purchase she was very informative and answered any questions and felt no pressure to purchase.

The guy who did my order.
He didn't hound me at all like some assistant do. Once I chose the sofa he was throughly helpful .
The corner sofa i picked out was to big so he offered other choices that would accommodate, his customer service was excellent.
