Very helpful Staff
Me and my partner are moving out into our first home and was looking for a suite and armchair to pick for our new home. We were helped by 2 members of staff who answered all our questions fully and was very very helpful. The salesman Bailey helped us through the procedure and gave us great advice on up keep of our new suite. Louie also helped us with our decision and they were both very friendly and welcoming. I would 100% recommended

It was lovely to walk in to a shop and…
It was lovely to walk in to a shop and not to be set on by staff, they were very friendly a polite good afternoon and if you want any help just ask. We walk around the store with no pressure which was lovely and relaxed, once we found what we were looking for it was ease to find a member of staff to ask questions. The member of staff (Kurtis) was very good and answer all the question we asked, the whole thing was very pleasent.
We made are choice of sofa and chair and we were talked through all the different cover insurance and guarantee's, with no pressure to buy anything we did not need. Everything was very well explained, the whole thing was very good.
After we had a good think we made our purchase the whole experience was great.
This will be our third purchase from DFS in 25 years and we have not been disappointed so far with the service.
