Great customer service from the young man who sold us the footstool great ideas from him as purchased two sofas from DFS 4 years ago but didn’t have that particular brand anymore great idea from him brought up the colour and stool enlarged for us to see. Great customer service
John was friendly, honest and very knowledgeable. He was patient and took time to understand the fabric we needed. He explained everything clearly, carefully and thoroughly. His warm and characterful personality shine through. He stayed much later to complete the sale and didn't rush us although it was gone 8pm.
