John was friendly, honest and very knowledgeable. He was patient and took time to understand the fabric we needed. He explained everything clearly, carefully and thoroughly. His warm and characterful personality shine through. He stayed much later to complete the sale and didn't rush us although it was gone 8pm.

Great service.
This was my second visit to the store to finalise my selection of sofa. The gentleman who served us today was very polite and best at explaining everything we needed to know. He was very helpful from start to finish. I forgot to ask his name but really want to thank him to help us find the right sofa set. Overall very pleased and satisfied with his exceptional service.

My experience was great with dfs the lady was very helpful, but when my sofa came it’s not the colour I hoped for , I’m very disappointed it said it was black , but looked dark grey on the sample , amd when delivered it’s navy blue , I hate it and very uncomfortable
