Got what we wanted at reasonable price
We knew what we wanted so there was no faffing. Appreciate they have to sell their products but there was no hard sell. If you don’t want them it wasnt a problem.

Ever helpful assistant Marcus
We went into DFS Exeter to look for a sofa. Marcus approached us to see if we required assistance. We said not yet and he left us to browse. When we had decided he came to take our order. He was very helpful, explained everything to do with purchase and guarantee etc and was extremely personable . I would recommend him to anyone wishing to purchase furniture.

Np presure sales from the staff giving you a relaxed visit.
Once product was chosen, an exstensive brief was given explaining evrything about the product, and on going services.

On arrival we were warmly welcomed, we knew which sofas we wanted but we were given so much more extra useful information compared to the online services that we hadn’t considered which was fab.
We were offered drinks and had our young daughter and some shops instantly judge but the gentlemen introduced himself to us as well as our daughter, which was reassuring - it’s stressful enough needed to go through things with a little one but it was like our experience was tailored to us and not being put in the category as everyone which was refreshing. We won’t be needing for a while, but if we do need any other furniture we will be heading to DFS again!

A Comfortable Approach To Buying a Sofa

Curtis was amazing!
