Matt was fantastic not only when we first met him but he also recommended some local retailers for other parts of the work and remembered us when we came back in again. A really sensible and helpful approach to selling a sofa.

Should be running the place
The lady that helped us was excellent. Very knowledgeable about your products and couldn't do more to help. We actually purchased the sofa that she recommended once she understood our needs.
She was extremely professional but had the skill to make us feel like we were long standing friends. A rare talent indeed.

Dealing with someone who knew the product and who loved her job. Jane Cooper had a bubbly personality with a permanent smile, it was a pleasure doing business with her.

We had a great experience at DFS today. Our saleswoman, Jane Cooper, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, highlighting all the available options. Despite being on a time limit, all the relevant terms, conditions and guarantees were thoroughly explained. Overall, I would recommend DFS to other customers.
