Very helpful

We’ve used DFS on a number of occasions always found the service excellent and the sofas that we bought in the past have always been been of good quality the after sales is also good when needed the store at The branch and enfield on the A10 are knowledgeable and friendly. And very helpful 

My experience was good I even got a free coffee why I was there it was lovely i could smell the coffee as I walked in there I like the corner sofabed I ordered but I am waiting for it to arrive still

From the moment l entered the shop, the introduction was warm & welcoming. I was given an opportunity to browse freely & was not made to feel as if l was intruding when l proceeded to ask my numerous questions. I explained what l was looking for & was directed to a few pieces. After l made my final selection, Lisa made me aware of the after care policy & care treatment available & was even prepared to go over it, so that everything was clear for me. I cannot wait for my sofa & chair to be delivered.
