We half knew what we wanted but she was just brilliant at helping us choose, she was super thorough and did well to keep me sure of what I wanted as I am rather impulsive!! Thanks Paisley.

Above and beyond service
The assistant who helped us with our purchase went out of her way to find what we wanted and to ensure that we had the correct product. We were purchasing a leather cleaning kit for our expensive settee so purchasing the right product was essential.

Had such a fantastic experience buying my sofa today! The lady who helped me was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely lovely to chat with—we even ended up swapping dog stories and looking at photos of my foster dog, Lila! Excellent customer service with a really personal touch. Highly recommend!

New purchase completely positively
The staff at DFS Droitwich made the choosing and purchasing of our new items swift and uncomplicated. There was no pressure. Our queries were addressed and details checked. A good level of customer service and done with a personal approach. Thank you.
I would have given a full rating if there had been flexibility or availability on the material swatches, but this is not about the staff at the store, more about the DFS policy I am sure.
