I got very good customer service from the lovely lady that served me - she was well knoledgeable - explained and answered all my questions

Harveen the sales adviser was very helpful and polite, a credit to DFS

Staff were very helpful in store, delivery was great. Sofa really good quality.

There was one minor issue with power recliner missing an adapter, delivery guys made a note, and was resolved promptly by customer service getting a new adapter sent out within a few weeks, and now fixed.

Sales girl was very helpful & polite & not too pushy.

The Sales Guy was extremely helpful and not at all pushy which honestly made the experience much more enjoyable

I had a great experience today purchasing Sofa from DFS Alvis retail park. The staff were welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered useful suggestions without being pushy, and made everything feel easy and stress-free.
Their knowledge of the products really stood out, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my choices and the overall customer service was excellent.
I’m very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend this store to others looking for quality furniture and friendly, professional service.

Very good and very helpful great service

We felt very informed and supported throughout the process, we were given really good advice about after care.

We were allowed to look around without feeling pressured and felt totally relaxed. We were also surprised at the amount of different styles of suites available compaired to other retailers. Steve talked us through all the options and guarantees and really made us feel welcome. He was easy to talk to and made it a pleasent experience and we were happy to do a deal with him.

We were left to have a good look around the showrooms, without a salesperson following us around and only when we had been sat contemplating and discussing our options were we approached and asked if we needed any help. The young sales assistant was lovely, very helpful without putting us under any pressure to make decisions. She gave us all the options for purchase through finance and talked to us about other options such as additional items to match the range and also protection options, and gave us as much time as we needed to think things through.

Great service but staff offered help when first arrived without the hard sell, which left us time to look around, much appreciated 👏.

Staff member went out her way to help us choose a sofa, really attentive and helpful, would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a sofa
