We had our furniture delivered
We had our furniture delivered. We paid to have all rubbish taken away. Firstly the sofa had a scratch on it. Secondly they filled my bin with polystyrene. I complained in person in store, waited over a week for someone to come out. They have just offered me £80 refund or a replacement seat which may not colour match or a luxury hamper !!! They don't know what they can do about my full bin.

The salesman who served us was great
The salesman who served us was great, nothing was too much trouble. He just let us look around the showroom asked us a couple of times if we were ok. And answered any questions we asked, I hate it when salesmen jump on you, we felt quite at ease .

Excellent service and advice from the manager Darren.
As previous customers we were looking to replace 2 items of furniture, a single chair and a small sofa.
After looking at various items we had virtually made our decision but needed clarification on a couple of points and luckily Darren was there to advise us.
He was very helpful and helped us to choose accessories such as pillows and also talked us through all aspects of DFS services.
We made our decision there and then and Darren advised us on delivery dates/ procedures and sorted out finance and our deposit. All in all we are very satisfied with the service we received.
