Everything from start to finish was brilliant we were given the opportunity to wander around the store but staff were on hand to answer any questions. We found a sofa we loved and Rose was really helpful in taking us through the steps to get the sofa booked in, and delivery will be in 2 weeks which is brilliant. Special mention also to the lovely manager who was able to answer a few questions we had. (we visited the Leckwith store in Cardiff)

We paid for gliders on the sofa there…
We paid for gliders on the sofa there was none, I want a refund marks on the sofa screws missing it is not good enough. Please advise what you are going to do yo resolve these issues.

Great Experience
David and Zeena from the Cardiff Leckwith Store were both very helpful, polite and took their time in helping us to decide on our sofa. Explained the process very clearly and knowledgeable on all aspects.
David initially helped us and answered questions regarding Arwen and plotted different types of styles. We were sold on this but had to come back the next day to show one more family member before placing our order.
We dealt with Zeena the next day and placed the order. Very kind and polite.

Really pleased with how our visits…
Really pleased with how our visits went. Greeted by Sales Advisor Sameera on the first occasion, who was polite, informative and helpful as we browsed products on offer. Answered all questions and informed on all options. Agreed to come back the following week after taking some time to consider options. Returned a week later, and Sameera sorted us out quickly and smoothly. Explained everything, what happens at each stage and look forward to taking receipt of our new sofa. Would definatley recommend

Shocking and never agin
Shocking and never agin, buys a sofa made and delivered in weeks, six custom all made by the same designer Joules, two arrive on April the 2nd of April, 2 arrived at the 8th of May and 2 are currently outstanding to arrive god knows why

To confirm you have 6 items on the order which come from three separate suppliers all of which have different delivery times. The delivery times for each item are visible near the product description for each item you purchased online. This is why you have had separate deliveries, the remaining scatter cushions you are waiting on do come with a 10-week lead time as advertised via the website.

I was looking for a matching chair to go with my 2&3 seat sofas i purchased last year. Nicky served us in Leckwith, Cardiff. She was attentive, listened to my needs and was very accommodating. I got exactly what I went for. She is a credit to your store and was lovely to talk to. She didn't approach us too soon either! All in all a lovely experience and I would look for her again should I need to return.

Staff was lovely
Staff was lovely , the lady that helped us was very kind and understanding, she helped us with our room measurements and how the sofa we had our hearts set on would fit in the space. She explained we could move the configurations on the sofa to fit nicely. Overall we are very happy and excited for our new sofa.
