Our sales lady was really helpful
Our sales lady was really helpful. We ere left to have a browse and then someone came over. Spooks to us about what we’d seen and went through the different options.
As young people we find most places aren’t as accommodating but I can say we felt very comfortable and staff were lovely!

Excellent Service
I called in the store on 20 May, spoke to sales person Joe who was very helpful, obtaining costs and sizes.
Returned on 21 May with my husband to look at the sofa.
Joe was not available, and I had asked him not to send email link to order so another assistant placed the order for us. She was very efficient and helpful, although I’d like it acknowledged that it was Joe who sold the sofa to me.

Well laid out showroom, acknowledged by staff when we arrived, but left to browse. No pushy sales staff. But helpful and pleasant when spoke to them.

You where left alone to browse without pushy interfering sales persons and only when you needed their advice and expertise they where at hand to advise
And once you had made your choice they went through all the various options with clarity and explained what was available for your sofa of choice
