When we arrived one of the sales people came over and said if you need anything please just ask. He was very professional and also made the process easy for us. We purchased a couch set and are happy with the whole experience.

We first came to the store and spoke to Ben which was very welcoming and professional allowing us to look for the measures and best options. We returned and spoke to Enrique which was very helpful in helping us with the couch size, colours and best options to fit the couch in our leaving room. Enrique was very nice, empathetic and helpful which made it easier for us to choose. My mother will recomend this store to more people. We loved the organisation, accessible prices and diversification of couches and pillows. Deran was also very nice and welcoming. The staff in general creates a great environment in the store. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Steph who helped us choose our new sofa was brilliant. She explained everything about different materials etc. She was very friendly and very helpful. Was given all the info we required/asked for without any pressure to make a purchase or being directed one way or another. Choices were left to us from the information we received which was more than can be said from other retailers that we had visited. The sofas and colours we chose were what we had been looking for from the start and the price was comparable with other outlets. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel relaxed whilst browsing the displays.
