Visited our local store with vague idea of what we wanted. Was warmly greeted at the door and then left alone to have a browse. Once we decided we were approached to discuss further, very helpful and knowledgeable staff, thank you Kelly!

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The service was very good They were extremely efficient and helpful.

We were welcomed by Asha who was very friendly and asked if we needed some time to look around. When we were ready Asha took the time to make sure we were purchasing what we needed and gave us lots of options regarding colour options and weather we wanted leather or material. Asha talked us through finance and what was involved and weather we wanted leather care and a care package which we took.
We would like to thank Asha for being polite and not rushing us on our decision to purchase our new furniture.

Found a sofa that worked for a tight space, customer service (Joe in store) was exceptional, very patient and explained everything perfectly, could not fault the service

Was welcomed by Darren in the shop,( Basildon, dfs)was very helpful, and explained everything we needed to know, didnt feel rushed, everything went with a flow, if needed another sofa, would definatley go back there.😊

DFS pips hill Basildon is a fabulous store has everything , The young lady Kelly who served my son and I today made us feel so totally at ease not rushed at all . Just said go explore try all the items you’re interested in .
I found the perfect sofa bed and armchair so comfortable exactly what I was looking for . Kelly talked us through everything so easily, no pressure , such a nice person . She was a big help. So thank you Kelly x

The lady who helped me was really helpful and very polite .
The lady told me all about the sofa, I was going to buy and told me how look after my sofa, as I had gone fir a leather sofa.
Her name is Ashia, I hope I got the spelling correct.
