The organization is very good and everything works perfectly, the crew kind and flexible, the food healthy and abundant. What we think should be improved is the level of maintenance of the vessel - some cabin have the closet broken, the stair to the water was unstable and some other small things that should be fixed. Cleaning also can be improved especially those covers where all sit.
We also thought that service was good but a flirt person was necessary being eight, the service for food and beverage outside the meals was poor. Having said that a beautiful vacation and a good organization.

I booked the gulet Golden Life from 9 to 16 August 2025 through
DE Yachting / DEO Yachting – DE Yatcilik Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd Sti
The booking was handled by Hülya Demir (Sales & Marketing, DE Yachting).
The company is managed by Erhan Berber (CEO) and Aykut Uzunsimsek (CEO).
We paid €11,500 for charter and full board.

What we actually experienced:
• Hygiene: Cabins smelled of humidity and sewage. Sheets and towels were not clean. Bathrooms were dirty from day one. Cabins were never cleaned during the week.
• Comfort: Air conditioning only 5h per night, with the engine running. The captain started the engine at 6 am daily, making rest impossible.
• Overcrowding: The boat is only 23m. Because there are no crew quarters, the 3 crew members slept on passenger sofas every night. Guests then had to sit the next day where the crew had slept or drooled. This was never communicated and is completely unacceptable.
• Food: A couple of decent dishes (fish, lamb chops), but most meals were sloppy, salads tasteless, no presentation.
• Crew: No professionalism. Smoking and possibly drinking during the day. The youngest crew member mocked passengers and refused proper service.
• Health: My wife was hospitalized in Bodrum with a confirmed leptospirosis infection, very likely linked to hygiene conditions onboard.

Conclusion:

For €11,500, this was far below any acceptable standard of a Bodrum yacht charter.

Advice to future clients: Always verify hygiene, maintenance, crew sleeping arrangements, and actual service conditions before booking with
