Ignorant gaming shop

I'd been eyeing up some of their dice for a while but was cautious about trying the unknown. Bit the bullet and ordered a single d20 chonk. After 13 days I sent a polite but questioning email as to state of play. No response but later on I got a despatch notification. Hey ho, all good. I arranged for royal mail to put parcel over 7foot gate. A few days later delivery notification but they'd left it next to front door, photo to prove it!Alas it wasn't there upon my return. I sent destiny delivery photo and screenshot of rm's agreed arrangements asking what to do. Absolute silence. I won't bother buying from them again.
