I wanted shiny math rocks to use in the new V5 and W5 games and the selection they offer is perfect. They have amazing dice for every possible "feel" you want to go for, delivery is quick, and they make my autism go brrrr.

Ordered 60 purple spotted 12mm dice and recieved a part ship of 27 as they had run out of stock. After a few weeks of waiting I decided to send an email to the slaes department to see if I could get an update on the remaining 33 dice from my order, to which I got a response the next day.
They let me know that they were still waiting on the manufacturer to ship the restock and it would still be around 3-5 days but were happy to process a refund for the missing dice or replace the remaining dice instead. I was happy to replace the remaining dice for the same type as I originally ordered but in red and they got to shipping it for me the same day.
Wonderful costumer experience and excellent alternatives offered.

The deals on facebook are better than the website. Absolutely perfect delivery in good time and all of my order was well packaged and in perfect condition. I was surprised at the size and all resin was completely clear, crisp clear painting where appropriate. Lovely set of products. Will use again

The Dice Shop spotted that I'd appeared to order the same items twice and emailed me to check whether that was what I wanted. It had been a mistake on my part. Other suppliers might just have let the second order through and waited for a complaint. Well done Dice Shop.

I only wanted a D14 to use for my son's birthday, one present a day up to the day of his birthday. He rolled the die to represent 1 present. These were the only place I could buy it on its own. Great product with great delivery, will be using them again for future dice needs. 100% recommend.

Purchased some items on the website, however there was a glitch when I paid, and so I don't believe the order went through successfully, despite the money leaving my account (not held in 'pending'). I tried to contact using the websites Contact form, however for some reason this also doesn't work?
I sent an email, and have not received a response, not even an acknowledgement.
Poor service, impossible to get hold of, and of course, I don't have what I paid for.

Absolute scam.
I'm out £50 because DiceShop's chosen courier failed to put my package in a secure location (assuming they delivered it at all, the image they provided wasn't clear at all). I contacted DiceShop support and they stopped replying after pointing the finger at their courier.
Avoid avoid avoid.

Here are the following details of why the DiceShop is wrong in their update (they claim they've emailed me 'several times', but they have failed to do so). Here's the timeline and hassle everybody:
31st april - diceshop auto order email
4th april - my email saying royal mail sent conflicting delivery messages
7th april - sales response from K about delivery (saying RoyalMail delivered it, and shared their vague image of multiple packages - none that ended up with me -- I checked their later that day)
7th april - my response to K about RM's picture of many packages; I only ordered one, I suspect Royal Mail made a mistake, especially since they got their delivery dates wrong)

12th April- I made this review as there was no package and no resolution,
12th April - Your initial response on TrustPilot
-still no email correspondence from DiceShop-
22nd April - Your update to say you’re emailing me with no success. Which means you’re a either liar, or you’re emailing the wrong person.
TLDR: This is likely a failed delivery by your courier, yet your lack of email responses and pointing the finger at the customer shows you don’t give a hoot about whether your customers actually get the product.
So again, I've lost money and both RM and DiceShop have made false claims to me.
Buyer beware.

Andrew was a delight to work with, he was quickly to respond, very helpful, and he even went out of his way to make me two certificates of authenticity even though that is not normally something they do. Their selection was also great, and the shipping time so far looks incredible as well, I am still waiting on my dice but am very excited! They were bought as a birthday gift and I know they will love them!
