Fabulous service from Sohit kept me updated on price changes and made sure all was correct during booking process

Just booked a family trip to Mexico using Destination2. Sohit Lakhanpal was our agent, he was extremely helpful, we saved money booing via Destination2, it was expensive to book direct or through Booking.com. Would happily recommend.

I have today booked a holiday with Destination2 and the booking was expertly handled by Tracy Jagger. It is the first time that I have used Destination2. Over the years I have used many travel agents. I must say that the service given by Tracy was first class. She is knowledgeable and her advice was much appreciated. No hard sell just sound and honest advice and treatment. Would certainly recommend them and based on the experience so far I will be a return customer.

Very disappointing experience with Destination2.

I booked a 10-night all-inclusive holiday to Long Beach Mauritius for two people, expecting the package description to accurately reflect what was included. After arrival, however, we discovered several important restrictions and additional charges that had not been clearly disclosed before booking.

These included restrictions at certain restaurants, the exclusion of Hasu from the all-inclusive package, limits such as one main course per person, and additional food surcharges. These conditions materially affected the holiday and were not what I reasonably understood I had purchased.

I raised a formal complaint with Destination2 and explained that clearer information before booking would have allowed me to make a properly informed decision. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my concerns or request for appropriate compensation were handled fairly or satisfactorily.

When customers spend thousands of pounds on a premium holiday, all exclusions, restaurant restrictions and potential surcharges should be clearly highlighted before payment—not discovered after arriving at the resort.

Based on my experience, I would not book with Destination2 again. I strongly recommend that prospective customers request written confirmation of every all-inclusive entitlement, exclusion and surcharge before completing a booking.

Shauna was very helpful in booking my holiday and then helping me to re arrange at a later date, due to our sudden change of circumstances. Thank you for very much for all of your kind help!

Very good experience booking our holiday with Destination2. The agent, Preeti, was first class and made sure that everything was clear and exactly what we asked for. Highly recommend.

Stephen made deciding on a hotel a lot easier than hours of online searching. He listened to what I was looking for and quickly emailed a shortlist to me. These were great choices. I have used destination2 before and would highly recommend them especially Stephen for his helpfulness and friendliness.

Just booked a holiday through the Destination 2 website. Good price, easy to do. Bit different to the way some major travel agents operate, but so far so good. I have received my confirmation travel documents by email today. I was initially a little concerned after reading negative reviews on Trust Pilot but so far so good, still have my fingers crossed that the trip will all go smoothly, but will have to wait until next June to find out.
I will be sure to leave a further review after my holiday
