My husband needed a logo idea that he came up with himself brought to life and done digitally. We were reluctant to try finding digital designers on the internet, but I am so glad we did. It was so easy to upload our ideas to Josh. He looked at my husbands idea and promised us he could make the new logo look just like my husband's work and stay true to his vision. Let me tell you, we were SOOO pleased with the results! Josh sent not only the one that was just like my husbands idea, but also added a couple where he (Josh) himself had added some extra ideas of his own. We LOVED Josh's vision of a new design that added something to the our logo that we didn't even think of. We went with it and are so happy! My husband is very picky, and he loved what Josh came up with. Josh was so easy to get in contact with and was so faithful in sending me messages and emails keeping me informed of what we needed for each step of the process; not only that, but such a sweet person to do business with. In no time, we had all of our digital files downloaded with our brand new logos and we are ready to use them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I wanted to take my business to the next level to compete with the bigger sharks and wanted to do everything Professionally. I seeked Design eminent's help to design me a Logo for the Business. I received 3 logo's (in 24 Hours) as part of the first stage and picked the best one and requested some modifications. Voila! in 48 Hours i finally got the Logo i wanted better than imagined.

Josh Abraham was the Project Manager, He did tremendous Job to assist me throughout my journey. Huge thanks to him for making the Procedure simple and he always kept me updated about the progress of my Project.

Horrible experience and complete waste of money. Asked Design Eminent to put together a pretty simple Wordpress based blog site for me. Took forever to come up with a design I liked and then had to ask for the same revisions repeatedly. Sometimes I had to wonder if they were even looking at the results of their work before sending me the next release, because some of them were just awful.

Part of the package they sold me was supposed to include a year of hosting. However, after everything was completed and I signed off on the final design, I received a message offering to sell me hosting services. They told me the included 1 yr was shared hosting which would not allow me to point my already registered domain name to the site. When I refused to pay that they provided me with what was supposed to be the deployment files for my site.

I took it to three different hosting vendors, paid professional services fees for migration services, only to find out that what they had provided was not deploy-able. They used and customized a theme that they did not provide, the final product included ad frames which I specifically said I did not want, and what were supposed to be my twitter feed embedded and links to my social media profiles, instead went to theirs. After spending nearly $1000, I feel like I've come away with next to nothing and am now starting from scratch building my site myself.

My advice go to a reputable company, Design Eminent is not it.

UPDATE AS OF FEB 2020: Since leaving this review, Design Eminent has contacted me repeatedly trying to get me to remove the review. They've emailed and called my phone. When they call, if I don't answer they call 2, 3, even 4 more times in the same day. They'll go away for a while then come back again every couple month. After months of silence I thought they were done, but then they apparently just got a new brand manager who kicked off this behavior all over again. I can't recommend strongly enough that you stay away from this company.

Eminent is an excellent company to work with. I did not end up using their services after all for matters of my own; not because of their expertise and professional work they are capable of performing for their clients, however, they still were willing to allow me to have a full refund. Furthermore they were courteous by offering a warm welcome to return to use their service; they even took into consideration to offer me a good deal in case I decided to return.

We really enjoyed working with the designers from Design Eminent. They were thorough and made sure we were happy with our purchase!

Dennis knew I was up against a wall with design a logo for our festival and really pushed to get the work done. I wanted to see what they came up with before I told them what I had in mind. The two were married together and I am thrilled! Thank you

the logo looks good

My logo design team went above and beyond to create the perfect and professional logo for my new business. They were wonderful to work with especially since I didn’t know what I wanted at first and worked with changes in color whenever asked. The team worked fast and was patient to work with! The team made it very hard to finalize a logo due to so many amazing choices! Definitely recommend to anyone seeking a professional logo design!

Update: I still absolutely love the logo that I got out of working with this company. However all I ever got out of the $800 I spent in total was a logo. This company promised to give me a social media banner with my logo for this review along with all of my other stationary that was supposed to come in the package. I never received any of it. I also worked with them on a website. That led to being scammed out of hundreds of more money and the company STEALING money from me by charging my card without authorization. Upon contacting them we were told they would immediately refund the money, shocker...that did NOT happen and even the CEO told us that it wasn’t their policy to refund STOLEN money. They also refused to continue working with me after stealing from me due to me posting an HONEST review. They said they would not work with me until the bad review was deleted. Six months after we finally cut our losses they called me FOURTEEN times in a row while I was at work from Design Eminent and Octalogo without leaving a single message. I would highly advise everyone to save your money, save yourself from being stolen from, and work with another company! This entire company is a scam!
