Great value for excellent creative work delivered on time.

Don't loose your money!!! I've been working with this company for a year and they have not provided me with a working website. I can't access the admin page to manage my site. I can get my email addresses to work and have complained (nicely) about this numerous times. I've paid them for things they never did. I would NOT use this company. They make all kinds of promises but never come through. I was even promised an app because they were trying to be nice in the beginning to get my money but when I've asked about it over and over again I've got no answer. I've sent one more email on the design thread we communicate on asking them to fix my admin log in so I have control over the site I have paid them for. If they own up and complete what they promise I will revise this review but until then I will continue to work with my CC companies fraud department to get back my money and move on to an honest design company. I had the privilege of working with Ally Shaw, and he was very helpful to me. There were some issues with the site but they were quick to respond and fix these issues. They are a kind bunch and when I need a new logo for my company, I will head right to Design Eminent! Thank you Design Eminent for all that you've done for my company!

These guys are manipulators and will find every excuse to try to take your money. They word things in your contract to make you think you are getting things then make you pay extra for them when you want them. They also charge your credit cards without your authorization. They have caused me so much headaches and grief. I am surprised these guys have not been arrested yet. They all are using fake American names and it sounds like they juggle names around and pretend they are the other person. They say 100% ownership and 100% money back guarantee but will make you pay to hand over your site. They try to make themselves look good with these reviews at the start, but read the terrible reviews on google.

After some initial disruption and confusion - Account Manager - Ally Shaw took charge and was able to get my designs finalized quickly. He was receptive and returned emails and phone calls promptly. The designs were so good I had to order two additional logos.

Sarah Martin is heaven sent. She gets my requirements and put my logo to life. Even though I had to ask her impossible changes, she delivered. Design Eminent would have lost a pillar if Sarah isn’t around to help. Thank you Sarah. Would work with her again. Please give her a raise.
