This is an honest review. I am currently working on creating a website with Steven Johnson and Ally Shaw and their exceptionally talented team. I must say that they know how to create beautiful and functional websites. Please be careful with this company I lost 2000$ for nothing. Initially quoted me 750$ with complete website. Later i ask them do professional quotation they ask me add 399$ that should be included in the price since I didn't had knowledge I was taught some thing different I paid. Then they said the price will be included with contents but later they said no then I add 400 $ even the contents was very poor. After that they bought my company domain from godaddy I said why you do that I had domain but since they want money they forced to use the new domain. In their website says 100% owner ship but after I ask give back my company domain they ask me to pay money they laid some one bought but we bring back.later they ask me to pay for logo ownership I said I don't need. Later they crashed my website even I can't log to back in to wordpress they ask to pay for metainance .we have agreement for 5 years hosting plan. Finally I asked to remove my website and my personal information from they system they ask also 450$.becarfull from simon burak ryan jhoswa ,nelson all are dangerous people.

My first review was only 5 star because they asked for a review before the job done, I made a mistake on that review, than I got a nightmare!

I am here to review not Design Eminent, but the person Danny Edwards. I am only posting this review because of him, his job, his attention and patience to fix the things, otherwise I couldn't give a 5 star for the business, because I was very disappointed since the beginning, fighting for what was agreed, they even asked me if I authorize them to charge me an extra 20% from the full price for coronavirus, of course, I couldn't, my budget was tight, the website looks great, Danny Edwards is a good guy that listen and get the job done, talented, of course, I never had any problem with him, that's why the review is for him, I still want to see when I can visualize my website listed on all search engines as promised, as paid in full $400.00, and I also had the tolerance to accept excuses, as 25 days according to SEO, I actually want to say that It's been more than 30 days and I still not finding my website listed on search engines, this website was promised for a guy, Ian, to be ready in 7 days, since March 7th and took more than a month to be completed, when I finally meet Danny Edwards, great guy, responsible, listen to you and get the things done as he promised, polite and patient, educated, professional.

First I wanna say thank you for everything.
You guys are the best and not just customer service but more like a friend you guys helped me from point A to B.
My wife was in doubt at first but after that she was amazed by the time and effort you put to it.
Again thank you.

After talking with Danny, I left the conversation feeling like we were on the same page. Danny from design help with my project and did good job

They can sell but have no clue about website development and project management.
Check out Ninolife.com and you see what I mean DESASTER!!! after almost 20 rounds of feedback even basic functionality isn't there, horrible experience design wise (which was all provided as a simple copy to the exisitng Mysalahmat.com site) Chekc it out and you will know what I mean who dares to deliver sthg of such low quality should not be in business.

I love my logo and my website. I didn’t really know what I wanted my logo design to look like but they took my ideas and made something great.

I would have gave my current account manager 5 stars for staying in touch with me, however I have waited over a year for my website to be built and have had 3 account managers assigned to me while I wait. Hopefully we can make some progress next week. We'll see.

Never did I get a website or anything. They stole my URL and never gave me a credit on anything. This is the worst feeling ever. If your reading this, do your self a favor and never do business with Design Eminent. You will regret it.
