Please do not use this company!!!! they just took 1,475 from my account and never finished my website. I have a money back guaranteed contract and they won't return my investment. They wanted me to finish my project but it's not even close to being done after 4 months.

On October 16 2020 I received a text from a Design eminent representative in regards to an open issue from July 19 2019. I was asked to remove my negative review and “promised” they would deliver my trademark that was already done, they only needed to file it and deliver it to my door step. They stated there would be no additional charge and I would have it in 10-15 days and I would receive the receipt from the USPTO on Monday 10/19/20. Since it had been over a year and hopefully my review has already helped people I agreed to remove it and advised them that their 15 days started then or I would repost the review. The individual started requesting information such as contact info, business trade, etc. Which I thought was kinda weird since they already said it was done just needed to be filed. Then I was asked to pay an addition $125 at which time I said they would not get any additional funds from me. I have received nothing to date nor have I had any more contact. I texted them back on 11/2/20 and asked for status then said that due to their silence I am guessing I am getting nothing that was promised. Once again another lie and no contact since I refused to give them more money. Below is my previous response so that you can see what transpired and what I was requested to remove. I have all the proof of all of this in emails and text if anyone would like to see the proof. Please contact me directly and I will provide it.
People quit wasting your money and pay attention to the real reviews not the 5 star reviews from employees of this company and all the sister companies they own. They are scam artist and thieves. The negative reviews keep coming and are consistent and for every bad review a legit customer posts they create at least 2 or more positive reviews to offset it to boost their rating. Here is my story once again. Feel free to reach out to me, I have email back up for all my accusations. This entire process started in July 2019 when I asked them to fix a color in my logo. The price was $49 I believe at that time and you got all files in all formats for that price. After they fixed the minor color issue I had asked for they claimed the logo was now their creation and I had to pay another $275 in order to receive all the files that were supposed to be included in the price and I had to copyright. Taken back is an understatement. After much frustration they offered an additional logo at no charge and to drop the price to $249 to copyright all logos. A total of three. I have called numerous times since asking where my paperwork is. It got delayed due to the holidays, it has already been approved and just numerous other excuses. Today I get a text from a gentleman I have never spoken with and actually called an complained out because he texted and told me I needed to copyright when I had already paid the fee months earlier. So I called and they put him on the phone he insisted I talked to him previously, no I did not. I asked for a supervisor. Long story short they are asking for an addition $250 now. I am told that was to file the copyright not get it and now you have to pay an additional fee to actually get it. I told him forget it they are scammers and I would do it myself. He said it will cost you thousands. So I called a real trademark / copyright company. Their fee is $49 to file the paperwork, the USPTO, government, sends you the customer an email with their filing fee $275. Your are assigned to an individual in which you must complete the process within 3 months or you have to start over. This to copyright / trademark your logo, it doesn't matter if you have a name in it. You do not have to separately trademark if there is a name in it. However, you may trademark your name and if you choose to you may do that but it would be considered two filings and fees not one. I have emails and screen shots to prove everything. And I can promise you that they are recording every conversation. They sent me a recording to listen to where I was arguing and in the end said I could possibly do it. Possibly does not mean yes or an authorization. When this all started I stated that I could possibly do the copyright. They took that as a yes, charged my account they charged for the initial $49 without me stating yes and authorizing payment. I sent an email a few days later told them that I had decided not proceed but that didn't matter they charged my account without authorization and refused to refund. It is 2/21/20 and now they are looking for more money to supposedly complete my copyright. Just for those wondering they have offered free logo, free brochure and I have turned it all down. I said I just want my copyright and to be done with you. Beware, Lies all Lies and more money. I urge you to do your research call a legite Trademark company first and ask them how it works. I was also warned that my logo and name could be used by someone else if not completed

I took my time to write this review thinking at least one of them will come to their senses and look for me. I signed up with them in April for a professional website package. They convinced me to move to WooCommerce which I agreed. It took two months to redesign the website and there were some technical issues afterward. They were supposed to be handling SEO for 6months cause it came with the package. Nothing was done, I mean zero. They kept charging my account for unnecessary charges like stationaries, videos, patents, etc instead of focusing on the website rebuilding. I incurred more debt, zero sales working with them. After 4 months of unfruitfulness, I moved on and had to pay another company to redesign the website and am extremely happy with the new company. I can appreciate Dan for his work but he's only the project manager and couldn't do much. They're good with logos and sweet talks but run, run from them. I appreciate them for introducing me to the inventory source company. I moved on without them noticing, luckily I got a Shopify expert team who has transformed my website and business. Shame on you Eminent Designs. If you cannot produce a professional website don't make fake promises and fails. I bet you don't even know that I moved on, this is where I concluded you've not been working on SEOs at all. No one should contact me after this review.I also want to add that my patent application was rejected after i paid a lot of money. Please don't tell me you don't know my name. send me a private email and I will respond to you.

10 REASONS TO NOT USE DESIGN EMINENT
I have been working with this company for 10 months to develop a simple website and it still is not finished. THEY ARE A SCAM! DO NOT USE THEM, PLEASE, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND THE MONEY.
1. THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF NJ OR FLORIDA. Not sure if they have a license in any state in the United States.
2. THEY NO LONGER HAVE AN OFFICE IN CAMDEN NJ OR ANYWHERE ELSE THAT CAN BE FOUND. They are associated with A COMPANY NAMED OCTA LOGO, WITH JUST AS BAD A REPUTATION.
3. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU WHO THE OWNER IS. 4. They use high-pressure sales tactics.
5. They get you through phases of your project only to inform you that you didn't pay for something and more money is required.
6. They change multiple project managers without you knowing it.
7. They will post your website in an effort to not refund your money based on their 100% guarantee policy.
8. THEY HAVE MULTIPLE BETTER BUSINESS COMPLAINTS IN NEW JERSEY AND WON'T RESPOND TO ANY OF THEM. THEIR RATING IS CURRENTLY AN "F"
9. EVERY COMPLAINT LISTED WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OF NJ IS FOR THE SAME THINGS THAT I HAVE LISTED.
10. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO EFFORT TO SATISFY YOU. STAY AWAY!

As of now the guys have been extremely helpful on any questions I have and the support I need, great people to work with, so exited to see my project completed

I hired them to do a website for a nonprofit organization after they told me that it was 100% money back guarantee. They did not complete the work and refused to give me my money back, which stole money from kids in the hospital.

This company is a scam! I got a logo design done. I was told that this is the only cost involved. Later they offered to file trademark and copyright for an additional cost. After receiving payment for the logo and the agreed amount for the trademark and copyright they charged my credit card again for trademark. From October 2019 till date they are not making fool. I was in touch with project manager there who charged money and so far not able to deliver. Now he doesn’t even ack emails. I spoke with customer service on 24th July 2020 and he indicated that they have to charge 200 USD more for approval. So far I have not even seen the form. They say they are filling but god knows about these frauds. Later end July 2020 one lady called and at least listened to what I mentioned. She said that she will handle my account and will revert in less than a week on Monday. After listening for full story probably she was not able to ask another 200 USD. Today on 11th August 2020, I was contact again and waiting for the auto reply of the submission as indicated by them.

To my mind all positive reviews are fake and added by them only. Please also see site where you will see similar reviews.

This company has stolen $1640.00 from me and delivered half a completed website. Never ever ever trust this company!!! They will lie and deceive you to get your money, once you’ve paid they will ignore you and deliver a substandard product

I had a great great experience! My project manager (Steven) is absolutely amazing. He and his team does impeccable work. He did a phenomenal job listening to my vision and then explaining what he needed to make that happen. He was very thorough and attentive to the details I asked for. He even gave a few ideas that enhanced my website. Even in the beginning when I didn't see it coming together, he was very assuring that things would turn out great... And they did. He and his team Danny Edwards and Daniel McKay, did a great job executing the vision on time. I couldn't have asked for a better group to work with.

The slide banners That Danny designed for me were terrific and exactly what I was looking for. Design Eminent has a wonderful team. They listened to me and understood what I wanted. They designed a number of banners for me in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I was really fortunate to find Design Eminent on the web and I would definitely ask them again for any website project in the future.

Excellent team of professionals. The entire process was easy and the timing was perfect.
Steven Clark took me under his wings and made the process so much easier. I appreciate his dedication and care.

Terrible Company! Great communications until you pay them. Lies and miscommunications. I have screenshots and texts to show it! Beware of Nathan and Dale in particular. Promise to call back and do not. Promise to rectify situations and do not. I believe that many of the posts on this site (Trustpilot) were sent in by Design Eminent. Look at Yelp Reviews .... all terrible.

As of 7/25/20, after repeated attempts to reach Design Eminent, there has been no response. They hang up each time I call and never respond to emails. This is a SCAM COMPANY!! Beware as they operate under other names.

They told Trustpilot that they will resolve all issues. They have done nothing.
