Bad experience.

The art i received was completely washed out and then it took me 3 weeks and many, contacts to get a refund. I wish i could say better but it was an awful experience.

Unfortunately, we are unable to consider this as a claim as it is clearly stated that the prints include a white border in the product description on the website, and this is also reflected in the pictures of the poster. We try to advertise our sizes as accurately as possible, due to this we have chosen to show the full measurement for the poster, which would correspond to the frame size.

TERRIBLE Customer Service

I tried to cancel an order within 10 minutes of placing it. I finally got a response from them after days, in which they told me they could not cancel because it was shipped immediately. I was instructed to return the item upon receipt. When I submitted my return claim, I was charged a high shipping return fee. I reached out to explain that I tried to cancel immediately and they informed me that the fees are due to my order being custom made and the production required to make it (note, its a basic canvas). They went from "cannot cancel because it ships immediately to high costs because custom order." It doesn't make sense. Every time I try to contact them I do not get a response for days upon days.

Great quality

I love the frames! They transformed my daughters bedroom and they look very high end. I love the cute pictures and the soft colors. I would definitely purchase more walll art from Desenio in the future!

Still waiting for my order

How can you send me a survey when I'm still waiting for my order? You guys took my money on 2/11 and I still don't have anything.

My first order with you guys was also unsatisfactory but decided to give you guys a second chance based on reviews I've read. Somehow I'm receiving bad customer service again...

The prints are very pretty and the colors exactly what I hoped for!

The prints are very pretty and look just like the pics online. The problem is ran into is i was buying for a mat and frame that I already have. No where on the website did it say what size the white border was, or better yet, the finished size of the actual image. The prints did not fit the mat opening without showing the white printed border, so I had new mats cut to fit, which worked great but added double the expense. Overall, I'm very pleased with results.

Great gift

I purchased 2 pictures for my granddaughters walls in her new room. Jellyfish on one and an octopus on the other. The colors are absolutely beautiful and she just loves them.
