Dermstore has an incredible selection of products and I used to purchase from the frequently. The issue i have is with their customer service and product support. I find their customer service slow and challenging. They take a fair amount of time for return correspondence and when they do reply, it is typically with a lot of questions. If you have a product issue, returning or exchanging it is challenging and the process discouraging. I have made many pricey purchases over the years and find they do not support their long-term frequent customers. Too many of their competitors offer far superior customer support and for this, I have cancelled all of my autoship items, used the last of my rewards, and intend to not purchase from them again.

I cannot cancel my subscription.I do not want to be charged for next month.I was not aware of a $7.00 delivery fee,this is my first time ordering with dermstore.I have been trying to cancel for the last several hours.I hit the manage subscription button and it takes me right back to my account.This is very frustrating,to say the least.

I tried to use the 20% discount that they were offering. When I put the code in, it would not accept it. Later I received a code on my text and I used that. The first time shipping was free but when I placed the order the shipping was $7.99 so the price ended up being different than I expected. Don’t you call that Bait & Switch??

FINAL UPDATE - Yes, they contacted me with no solution. Not sure what the point of that was, but I'll never (try to) order from them again. Capitol One Shopping was offering me 50% back as a reward, and that's why I wanted to order but now that's gone.
UPDATE - I tried one last time to place an order, since their price for SkinMedica TNS serum is so good. Cancelled 4 hours later.
The company inexplicably cancels my orders, when I’m using Capitol One Shopping to get rewards. I’ve tried to place 5 orders, they take my money then cancel the order and then the charges are still pending on my card.
