Charged and not shipped
I received the following note:”order number 759149809 are delayed in being shipped out.” I also received this email immediately after the purchase “ This email is an acknowledgement of receipt of your order. Your contract to purchase these items is not complete until we send you an email confirming that the items have been dispatched to you.”
My credit card has been charged before shipping, besides there is no prediction on when the item will be shipped.
I ask to have the order and charge cancelled.

Sooooo Complicated
Very complicated to place an order. No option/way to modify my cart while in checkout mode. Therefore, once I got to the point of writing down the address, since I couldn’t modify my cart, I had to go back completely, add the remaining items in my cart and re-type the address info bc it was not saved. This scenario happened a few times, so I am absolutely annoyed at having to type and re-type my address 5+ times. Also, PayPal does not work on the website. You authorize that method of payment, yet don’t proceed with it? That’s ridiculous. I tried on various PayPal accounts (mine and my partner’s), so I can safely attest that the problem doesn’t stem from either or our accounts but Dermstore’s side instead. Very frustrating experience. Shipping should be free past a certain point of $ for Canadian orders. Very greedy way of functioning in this day and age. 400$ worth of purchase yet you charge me shipping on top of it? Again, such a prehistoric flaw, when you take into account the lengths online businesses go to accommodate customers nowadays.
