Poor quality product sold
Bought crystals wood splitter but the product is of poor quality and upon my first use the product broke and was not heavy duty as advertised. Due to unforseen circumstances I couldn't use the product immediately as i was waiting in my deliver of cherry wood. Due to being outside the 30 day warranty by a few days, the company will not issue a replacement or refund when it's clear the product was defective.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the product. However, we would like to clarify that our returns and warranty terms are clearly stated in our policy, and your claim was made around two months after the purchase, well outside the stated 30-day period.
We understand that circumstances may have prevented you from using the product sooner, but unfortunately, we have to apply the same policy consistently to all customers. We’re sorry we could not provide the resolution you were hoping for.

Missing parcel…
You supposedly delivered a parcel to my house on Thursday but despite searching everywhere none were found I was at home all of the day and was in between the delivery times of 110 and 310. I also have a note on my front door of where to leave it in the event I am not in. No photo was supplied of where it was left, which you are suppose to supply.
