Absolutely shocking first experience with Deliverect - a company that for all intents & purposes seemed to be a professional & reliable outfit.
We started the onboarding process in November 2025 after paying the onboarding costs & in December 2025, we received a first invoice for the monthly fees, without even a first contact for the onboarding ! We refused to pay the invoice immediately - as charging clients for a service for which they don't even have access to is pretty outrageous - and have been patiently awaiting a credit note ever since (we were invoiced a second month before any onboarding was completed as well).
Fast forward to 31/03/2026, we're still not onboarded & we still haven't had any response from accounting, despite their colleagues sending multiple reminders ! For a company founded on the basis of providing a positive impact to those working in the hospitality sector, they show you an absolute lack of respect for your time & money - avoid at all costs !

We were with Deliverect for a year and throughout they had charged us for a service we didn't use. Because of this, we did not pay for the next year as we wanted them to agree to honour a discount for us to stay with them.
As they did not agree to a discount, we asked them to start the offboarding process. They ignored the email request twice, and then they charged us again even though we have asked to not continue with them.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Edit: Their response is asking for an opportunity to get things right - I submitted a request for a negotiation of the price and they refused. Then in a middle of the dispute after emailing multiple times they charged us anyway. You have had plenty of opportunities to solve this issue but instead billed us without a resolution of the dispute.

This delay has significantly impacted my operations. Never received a refund for the first month charge as agreed

We are now around 4–5 months into trying to get Deliverect properly working for our restaurant and we are honestly exhausted.
We do not want to cancel. We want it to work. But we cannot even get basic things like printers and integrations set up and running properly.
We’ve chased support repeatedly. Responses are slow, unclear, and often just push the issue somewhere else. There is no proper way to speak to someone who can actually take ownership and fix the problem. Everything feels like tickets going back and forth with no real progress.
We’ve spent a huge amount of internal time trying to make this work. We’ve followed every instruction, done customisation when requested, waited for updates, and still basic functionality does not work reliably.
This is not a small add-on tool. This sits in the middle of live delivery operations. When it doesn’t work, we lose sales. It’s as simple as that.
Reading other reviews, including Steve Imray’s, it seems we are not the only ones experiencing these issues, even though it often feels like we are being treated as an isolated case.
We are leaving this review in the hope that someone senior at Deliverect finally takes responsibility and resolves the issues properly. We still want a working solution, but after months of this, confidence is very low.

Fantastic service! I had an issue, and Youssef handled it quickly and professionally. He was efficient, polite, and made sure everything was resolved right away. Truly appreciate the great customer service – this is how it should be done. Highly recommended! 👏🔥
The support team is highly professional, consistently cooperative, and provides significant assistance in resolving issues.
Today marked my first phone interaction with Islam, and it was very informative and effective. A rating exceeding five stars is truly well deserved.

We have had a very disappointing experience with Deliverect and have ultimately had to cancel our account due to ongoing lack of support and communication.
Over a period of more than three months, we attempted to onboard three new locations. During this time we contacted Deliverect repeatedly via every available channel – direct account contacts, email, telephone, online support tickets and web onboarding forms. Despite this, we received no meaningful response, no clear timeline, and no progress.
This caused significant operational issues for our business, including disruption to our Uber Eats operations and a lot of internal time wasted chasing Deliverect just to give them more business.
For a company positioning itself as a critical integration partner for growing hospitality brands, the level of service was simply not acceptable. The lack of communication made it impossible to rely on Deliverect as part of our operational stack.
Unfortunately we can’t recommend Deliverect based on our experience. The product may be strong in theory, but without responsive support it becomes a liability rather than a solution.
We am presuming a default response from Deliverect that we can't reply to so we will leave this review with the fact we will not be returning to use Deliverect under any circumstances.

Subject: URGENT Escalation Request – Deliverect Causing Major Business Interference
Hi Uber Support team please review what Deliverect is doing to your loyal customers,
I’m requesting this issue be escalated to a senior operations manager.
This is not a normal support ticket — it involves Deliverect causing business interruption, unauthorized charges, and improper suspension of service, directly impacting your merchant platform.
Below is a real example of the “support” we received from Deliverect, straight from their own representative:
“I get and pay the monthly invoice — that’s the only one I’m aware of or ever agreed to. I have no idea what these other invoices are or who authorized them.”
“I need to escalate this to the finance team, but they might reject it if everything isn’t perfectly verified.”
Deliverect could not even explain:
what they were billing us for,
why our account was suspended,
or who authorized charges beyond the agreed monthly invoice.
They shut down our service over $21 without notice and left their own frontline staff apologizing for things they had no control over.
This shows a complete lack of:
financial transparency
billing accuracy
merchant protection
operational stability
And Uber Eats merchants are the ones who get hurt.
In our case, Deliverect’s failure directly caused:
automatic cancellations on Uber Eats
lost orders
lost revenue
customer complaints
the suspension of a location that owed nothing
multiple random invoices we never agreed to
We removed Deliverect from our business permanently because they are unreliable and unsafe.
But Uber’s backend routing kept sending orders into Deliverect, even after cancellation, causing further disruption.
I am asking Uber to:
Escalate this case to a senior team.
Review whether Deliverect should remain an approved partner, given the clear evidence of billing confusion, service suspension, and operational interference.
Ensure Deliverect is fully removed from the Walker Rd location on Uber’s backend.
Route all orders directly to our tablet only.
We are only responsible for the Walker Rd location, and we confirm Deliverect is no longer authorized in any capacity for that store.
Thank you for reviewing this.
This situation has caused significant losses, and it deserves the attention of someone higher up who can evaluate Deliverect’s reliability as a partner on the Uber platform.

Such an excellent tool for managing third-party food ordering platforms.

I have asked this company to cancel my account several times but they continue to bill me. After requesting to cancel, I receive an email asking to set up a call to finalize my menu. They bounce you around to different people when you ask to cancel but never cancel the service.

Their support service is a nightmare, specially the less than capable people at their Mexican office

Using Deliverect has been a constant source of frustration. The system barely works as promised — it constantly disconnects, delivers unpredictable results, and causes more problems than it solves. Instead of streamlining operations, it adds unnecessary headaches.
What makes it worse is the customer support. The staff are unhelpful and dismissive, offering little to no real solutions when issues inevitably pop up. You’re left dealing with an unreliable product and no support to fall back on.
Overall, Deliverect feels like a poorly built, unreliable service that’s simply not worth the money. Save yourself the hassle and look for an alternative that actually works and values its customers.

Insanely disappointing customer service and product managers...
it's a shame, because the product is pretty good when it's working, but the employees just don't give a damn about your experience. We have literally lost thousands of euros in revenue, because some basic features are not rightly understood by the team.
I have a figured this out by myself and even gave the solution to the implementation specialist who then goes on to ignore the emails. Also they are not reachable by phone or anything.
It's waiting for some other company to deliver the same product and this company will go out of business for sure, because they don't give a damn about their customers.

Software was pretty good feature-wise... not the best interface but workable. Once setup it basically worked...6 months with them and no noticeable improvements to the platform. Onboarding and connecting to third-parties takes WAY too long and relies on their support team...
Support is terrible. Slow and unresponsive. Even when we wanted to upgrade, I had to send a dozen messages to their sales team to get a new brand added. This is the main reason I just canceled and moved to Stream.
Cancelation of annual contracts, even with 5 months they keep all your money. That's the dumbest most client-hating policy. It literally costs you nothing when I leave yet, you're keeping my money? I hate companies like this. It's clearly a cultural deficit in their business since all their behavior demonstrates the customer is not really important.

My experience with Deliverect has been profoundly disappointing, leading me to seriously reconsider our partnership. The most glaring issue has been the inconsistency in pricing, specifically their unwillingness to honor previous agreements regarding the setup fee. This unexpected change feels like a breach of trust and reflects poorly on their commitment to existing customers.
It's clear that Deliverect shows a lack of flexibility and a disregard for the terms initially discussed for our first location. This situation has made me question their dedication to supporting our business growth. When a company fails to uphold its word on fundamental agreements, it creates significant doubt about the viability of a long-term relationship.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me with the strong impression that Deliverect is not genuinely invested in the success of its current clients.
