Fast and smooth
It went well and was delivered really fast. It was my first order from delitea.se and I can say that it was a good experience ordering and delivering the product from delitea.se. I will definitely order more products from there.

Carelessly packaged shipments
Delitea would rather wastefully issue small refunds for broken items than ensure things are packaged with care and customer safety in mind.
I used to love ordering from here because they had such a great selection but the last few times I've ordered from them my items have arrived damaged. In this last package a glass jar had completely shattered, ripping open a bag of flour. Everything in the bag became soaked in the juice from the jar and then crusted in a flour paste. I requested a full refund for this messy and dangerous situation, and was told I would get one, but they backed out and said they would only refund me for the broken jar and flour, not anything else. Eventually they agreed to refund the entire order as initially promised.
If you order, I advise caution when ordering anything glass, aluminum, or paper covered from them.

I had 2 parcels delivered by Postnord…
I had 2 parcels delivered by Postnord and in both parcels some items were destroyed during shipping. After contacting customer service at Delitea they immidiately send replacement items for the damaged goods. Super service and fast deliveries. I can highly recommend this company and I just love to be able to buy most of my goods online and have it delivered to my home. Thanks Delitea for your excellent service.

They're completely unable to deliver…
They're completely unable to deliver anything during Corona crisis despite the goods being "in stock". They cancelled my order (twice) just hours from promised delivery.

It would have been five stars, but unfortunately I have discovered that as of the 1st of July 2019, they are now charging 29 kr in shipping fees. So, it is NOT free delivery anymore. You must spend over 400 kr to get the stuff shipped for free. That's very disappointing and I will be looking for some other company to do my online shopping.

Same parent company as Apotea, the best online store in Sweden PERIOD! Free delivery and many delivery options. It makes a lot of sense in Sweden because people live apart across the city, such options allow customer to pick the nearest pickup points (e.g. DHL, postnord and so on).
For some basic grocery, Delitea is my only only favorite!
